Cow Creek Bison Co., nestled in Colstrip, Montana, is proudly operated by second-generation ranchers. The original farm, founded in 1994, continues to thrive on 400 acres. Historically, our meat has been shared through word of mouth, but we're excited to embark on the next chapter by offering our premium products directly to consumers through our dedicated website and online store.

How We Work
We operate on a made-to-order basis to ensure exceptional freshness and quality. Each cut is prepared by skilled butchers, vacuum-sealed, and shipped with care. By avoiding mass production and holding inventory, we reduce waste and ensure that every order arrives at its peak—fresh, flavorful, and ready to cook.
