At Cow Creek Bison Co. LLC, we’re committed to delivering premium quality and ensuring your complete satisfaction. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 1 business day of receiving your package to report any concerns related to product quality, shipping, or packaging.

Because our bison meat is perishable, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives thawed or spoiled due to shipping delays or packaging issues, we will gladly issue store credit toward a future purchase. To process a claim, please include photos of the product and packaging as received.

Please note: If your order arrives on time and the box is in good condition but you choose to refuse delivery, we cannot offer a refund.
